Hi, I am Dr. Lucy Lillie! I was born and raised in Walker, Iowa and later attended University of Dubuque where I was a member of the Cross Country and Track team while I obtained my Bachelor’s of Science degree. In 2024 I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
In my down time you can find me spending time with my family, Mitchell and Theadora. I enjoy hiking the different trails Iowa has to offer and working out at the gym. Long story short, any chance I can be out and enjoy the sunshine that is where you will find me.
As a mother, I have come to understand firsthand how the importance of supporting our families starts with supporting our nervous systems and bodies. Transitioning into motherhood is not always the easiest thing but should be a beautiful and liberating experience. Supporting a mom and helping her transition not only loves moms well but can help set the tone of the entire home. Moms are multipliers, what gets poured into a mother gets poured out from her into her spouse, children, and community. Why not pour in love, support, and Nervous System regulation!?
Chiropractic has been the foundation of my ability to navigate caring for the little ones in my life, from dealing with oral tethers in my own kiddos to the honor of adjusting my newborn nephew.
The experience of dealing with tension that was a result of oral ties in my own daughter, and supporting her through the process, helped me find my passion within Chiropractic. I am excited to expand and grow in these areas.
In adjunction with my formal education from Palmer College of Chiropractic I have and continued to build upon a tonal approach to Chiropractic. This allows the body to bring awareness to certain areas of our bodies to aid in relieving tension and receiving the adjustment.
I learned a few different ways to address the Nervous System and spine including: Network Spinal, Webster’s Technique, Craniosacral Therapy Technique , and from the Pediatric Experience Chiropractors!
I am honored to be a part of the Back In Line Family allowing me to work alongside some incredible professionals already serving the community well. I look forward to serving and learning with you all.
