Hello! I’m Brittney Pfiffner. I was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. I attended the University of Iowa where I received a degree in Human Physiology and also where I met my husband Taylor. We were married in June 2018 and currently reside in Marion with our fur-babies.
Outside of the office I enjoy being outside, preferably at a beach, going to concerts and sports events, and game/movie nights with my husband. Taylor and I have recently started CrossFit and really enjoy it.
Throughout college I was a nanny and that is how I met Dr. Kleene. What began as hanging out with her two awesome kiddos for date nights turned into a full time position at Back in Line. I’m the Director of Business Operations. I’m your go-to person if you have questions about our services, insurance coverage, benefits, and statements.
I love Back in Line because of all it has to offer. When my husband needed some help with his flexibility, Dr. Nate helped him reach his goals. I was having some digestion issues and Dr. Hannah suggested taking the food intolerance test which changed my life (RIP eggs). I have a family history of thyroid issues so I had some functional medicine consults and did the NutrEval with Dr. Calla to make sure I was doing all I could to prevent disease. And Dr. Calla fixes me whenever I try something new at the gym and can’t move my head! I love knowing that whatever stage of life a patient is in, whether an infant or an athlete, we have a doctor that is a perfect fit.
