Hey everyone, my name is Lydia Cook. I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am currently a junior at the University of Arizona (online). I am projected to graduate in winter 2023 with my Business of Science in Business Administration degree. When I am not working at Back In Line, you’ll catch me working at Target. In the little free time that I have, I love to spend time with my friends and family. I enjoy getting in a good workout at the gym, being outdoors, and traveling to new places.

Since I started working at Back In Line my life has taken a 180° turn—in a positive way! I have never cared more about my physical and mental health until I joined the team. After learning so much about health and wellness from the doctors, I started to listen to my body more and it has improved how I feel both physically and mentally. The personalized and engaging culture at Back In Line has shown me that I like to be around people who help others be the best versions of themselves.

The doctors and staff at Back In Line are so welcoming and really care about your well being and it is an honor to work here. I will be one of the first faces that you see when you walk into the office and I can’t wait to meet all of you. My job is to answer any questions you have while checking in and making sure you had a great experience on your way out.
