EmSella + EmScuplt Neo
At Back in Line, we not only care about your spinal health, we care about your ENTIRE health. Our Mission, is to make HEALTHY contagious. We care not only about reducing your pain and headaches...we care about your nutrition, your movement and exercise, mental and cognitive health, and really, we care about your metabolic fitness too! Longevity and our Healthspan is important to us personally, as well as for our patients.
Emsella and Neo have traditionally been largely marketed at medical spas. One of our inner fears with bringing this technology to our clinic is that it gives the vibe of "look better naked" without doing any of the work. While we don't deny, your abs and butt may look better ;)... It's truly about being much more metabolically fit, having more strength (muscle mass) and that's VERY important to maintaining your chiropractic adjustments, AND your overall health, and really your LONG TERM quality of life.
What to Expect:
Back in Line will have you establish a baseline with our InBody Biometric Scale and we'll suggest a treatment plan to increase skeletal muscle mass, and decrease body fat.
Why is being metabolically fit important? It has EVERYTHING to do with your quality of life, preventing and reversing diseases like osteoporosis, heart disease, and more.
Check out our newsletter introducing EmSella and EmSculpt Neo. Dr. CJ talks about why we brought this new tech to Back in Line.
What is EmSculpt Neo?
Using the most reputable scientific methods, EMSCULPT NEO showed consistency in eliminating on average 25% fat and building muscle by 35%.WHAT IS EMSCULPT NEO
EMSCULPT NEO builds off the legacy of its predecessor, EMSCULPT, by simultaneously emitting both radiofrequency and high-intensity electromagnetic energies. The end result is more fat reduction and muscle growth than any single gold-standard product for less time and less money.
HOW DOES EMSCULPT NEO WORK?
EMSCULPT NEO is based on an applicator simultaneously emitting synchronized RF and HIFEM+ energies. Due to the radiofrequency heating, the muscle temperature quickly rises by several degrees. This prepares muscles for exposure to stress, similar to what a warm up activity does before any workout. In less than 4 minutes, the temperature in subcutaneous fat reaches levels that cause apoptosis, i.e. fat cells are permanently damaged and slowly removed from the body. Clinical studies showed on average a 30% reduction in subcutaneous fat.*
Bypassing the brain limitations, HIFEM+ energy contracts the muscle fibers in the area at intensities that are not achievable during voluntary workout. Extreme stress forces the muscle to adapt resulting in an increase in the number and growth of muscle fibers and cells. Clinical studies showed on average a 25% growth in muscle volume.*

What is EmSella?
A breakthrough treatment for incontinence and confidence. This unique technology revolutionizes women’s intimate health and wellness by providing those suffering from incontinence with a completely non-invasive option.
Tired of the "got to go" feeling, EMSELLA at Back in Line can help. Do you pee a little every time you sneeze?
Pelvic floor muscles are the layer of muscles that support the pelvic organs and span the bottom of the pelvis. Strong pelvic floor muscles gives you control over your bladder and bowel. Weakened pelvic floor muscles mean your internal organs are not fully supported and you may have difficulty controlling the release of urine.
HOW DOES EMSELLA WORK?
EMSELLA utilizes electromagnetic energy to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. These contractions re-educate the muscles of incontinent patients.
