Lydia Cook

Hey everyone, I’m Lydia Cook! I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids and graduated from the University of Arizona (online) in May 2024 with my BS in Business Administration. I started at Back In Line while finishing up my degree and have now been with the team for over 2.5 years. I work as both the front desk assistant and Marketing Director, so I manage our website, social media, and the Back In Line brand while also working at the front desk, helping patients check in and out.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, hitting the gym, and traveling to new places. Since joining Back In Line, I’ve become more tuned into my own wellness, learning the importance of physical and mental health from our incredible team. The positive, supportive culture here has made a big impact on me, and I’m grateful to work with people who help others be their best.

I recently went into business with Dr. Kleene and Dara Price to co-own elev8 Nutraceuticals, a line of physician-grade supplements. We like to think of supplementation as “extra credit” for health and are passionate about the "elev8 lifestyle," which we’ve built around our 8 wellness pillars: Fuel, Movement, Sleep, Hydration, Breath, Connection, Service, and Spiritual. Together, we aim to elev8 everyone’s lifestyle!
