These appointment types are for patients with chiropractic, myofasical and rehab care. Coverage is not guaranteed, as our providers are not in network with all plans, and some conditions and treatment are not considered medically necessary. Please verify benefits directly with your insurance carrier. - Drs. Weber, Wessels, and Kleene are not in network with United Healthcare. Dr. Fjelstul is working to become in-network with UnitedHealth. This will be for adjustments only. UnitedHealthcare does NOT reimburse any soft tissue, TPDN, care. -Drs. Weber and Kleene are non-participating providers with Medicare. We submit to Medicare for your adjustment, Medicare may reimburse you. We also perform myofascial or rehab care on all Medicare patients. -Dr. Wessels and Fjelstul are not currently accepting Medicare patients -Dr. Kleene is out-of-network for all insurance companies. You may use your HSA/FSA for all care at Back in Line.
